Returns

In these cases we will offer to replace the same item. If we cannot replace the item then we will provide a refund.

You will be responsible for the return shipping costs or the loss or damage of the stock whilst in transit.

Returned items will be refunded, excluding original shipping costs.

Pip & co. reserves the right to refuse to refund an item if it does not comply with our refund policy.

You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Pip & co. will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

Please include your original order number so we can track this back to your payment and issue any applicable refund.

As all our products are individually handmade and therefore may vary slightly from product images displayed online or have unique markings, Pip&co. cannot process refunds for variation in colour or appearance of our products.
